Steep and narrow stairs, Unique Venetian style, Limited luggage assistance

The shower stalls are shockingly small!!! The WiFi connection is inconsistent, making it a hassle to stay connected!!! The absence of secure luggage storage is concerning and could use serious attention!!!

This place had a fantastic location and friendly staff, but the bathroom was quite small and challenging to navigate. The hotel was charming with its unique decor, and the breakfast provided was sufficient. Accessing the hotel requires going up some steep stairs, which could be a hassle with heavy bags.

Navigating the steep, narrow staircase is a workout, especially with luggage, so consider that if you're traveling with larger bags or anyone with mobility issues. The shower in the room felt cramped, making it a challenge to maneuver, and some areas of the hotel could use a touch up, with wallpaper peeling in spots. While breakfast had potential, the limited variety left us wanting more, especially for the price paid.

We had a lovely stay in a charming suite. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore Venice easily with our son. The hotel was clean, and the air conditioning worked well during the warm summer nights, making it a comfortable retreat.

The hotel is just a short 10-minute walk from major attractions like Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Basilica, making it super convenient for anyone wanting to discover the heart of Venice, and I loved that they offered helpful staff and delicious homemade breakfast options.

Our stay at Locanda Antico Fiore was absolutely lovely. The beautiful decor gave us that authentic Venetian feel, and our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was delightful, with fresh pastries and great coffee that set us up for our daily adventures. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit that much more enjoyable.

The only downside was the narrow shower.

The self check-in process was frustrating and impersonal. I couldn't turn off the heating, making the room uncomfortably hot. On the last morning, the shower had no hot water, and the reception staff didn’t provide vital information about the water bus schedule, which led to significant inconvenience.
